Orders placed before 11 AM (AEST) are processed and shipped the same day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (e.g. sales, new launches) when processing may take longer.
For domestic deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 2–8 business days. For international deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 6–27 business days, depending on the destination.
